FC Barcelona center back named Catalan footballer of the year

Fc Barcelona center back Gerald Pique was named catalan footballer of the year. The jury accounts for 50% of the vote,
while clubs and players from the catalan region constitutes the remaining half. Pique won 73% of the vote ahead of Barcelona team mate Aleix Vidal (14%) and Real Madrid goalkeeper Kiko Casilla (13%).
Espanyol coach Sergio Gonzalez was named coach of the year with 60% of vote ahead of Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola (28%). Arsenal young star Hector Bellarin won the award for best young talent with 57% of the vote ahead of Espanyol goalkeeper Pau Lopez.
