The latest news surrounding the Valdes/van Gaal saga has certainly surprised everyone as the Manchester United manager has threatened to fine the Spanish goalkeeper if he arrives at the club's Carrington training base before the first team has left. Yes, you heard that correctly.
Valdes previously refused to play in the Manchester United Under-21 side at the end of last season and it seems van Gaal has yet to forgive the 33-year-old, with Sergio Romero and David de Gea.
Valdes continues to be humiliated by the coach, which may make him look for comfort elsewhere-with rumors of an interest from Liverpool.
